Trending @Infosys; Don't Join Infosys if it's your First Job
While Infosys might be a dream job for some, my experience was quite the opposite. The environment lacked effective communication and recognition. From onboarding to day-to-day tasks, I found myself constantly figuring things out alone—processes were unclear, and support systems were nearly non-existent. It was disheartening to see so many just going through the motions without real understanding or collaboration. After nearly 2 years of zero learning, zero opportunities, zero recognition and pure chaos, I’ve decided to move on—and honestly, it feels like a weight has been lifted.
A word of caution for freshers considering Infosys as their first job—please think twice.
Your first job shapes your professional outlook, and while you’ll begin with enthusiasm and a drive to learn, the lack of motivation, unclear processes, and uninspiring work culture at Infosys can dull that spark quickly. You may find yourself feeling stuck—too demotivated to stay, yet uncertain about leaving. It can kill the very hustle you start your career with.
This isn’t to say every experience is the same—but if you're hoping for mentorship, recognition, or structured learning early in your career, you may want to look elsewhere
P.S. - I'd joined Infosys after working at two companies and realised how good I had it. Please don't make the same mistake.

If you don't want to join no problem there are thousands of candidates who want to join infy and make their career

Don't Even join if it's not your first job! You'll regret it

As it my first job in Infosys. I'm feeling the same as you described. No clear communication and management from upper management. Fresher need guide on every step but in infy even HR live you do what you like to do. One day sudden appearance and asked why you have so long bench period. Even in here is project call shortage if by change you get any they only looking for experience candidates. As a fresher you life is suck no learning just self exploration and self proactive to stay alive within the company

Leave ASAP. Look for a job on notice

Don't join guys

It's the worst company to be in be it first or last company, if you can get better opportunities and you are not in dire poverty don't even think of joining this place

Correct bro.Same has happened with me
