Don't join stupid cognizant, If you have another offer with slight less package join that company than cognizant. Whenever this Chuitya Indian CEO took charge . Hikes are not proper . It's shifted to August where you'll loose 5 months hike amount . Hikes are less . Even stupid managers has no about promotions . Hr don't give a shit about our promotions. Promotions are always rejected because everytime they add a stupid fucking new rule. Worst company to join .
