Trending @Accenture; Don't have any offers but don't feel like staying. What should I do?
Just received my rewards communication from my lead and got promoted from Level 11 to 10 with 13% hike in a short call of 2 minutes with just congratulations. Nothing spoken about my achievements, contributions, growth or future responsibilities.

Do you think I should stay until I get an offer or should I take the chance of getting a job in the notice period?
Never put in the papers without any offer in hand, apply and prepare for interviews and Crack it, get an offer and then resign
Put papers and then start prep, 90 days is good enough if you want to grow
First get an offer letter then you should put down the papers. Start preparing for interviews
Wait till you get around 2-3 interview calls. And after that you can think of putting your papers if you feel you are confident
Start preparing for interview, after 2 week if you feel you are capable of cracking interview then put down the papers
