Dont have allocation from oct1 but in project.

i have emailed to my rmg by cc my current project manager and he confirmed as i am working his project but unable to allocate me.when i have called rmg then next two days my profile shared and got few project call but i have denied due to current project.I am not able to understand what they are playing with me.Honestly i am waiting for hr call for exit but i ma not getting any comms.what to do?i have cleared other company and waiting for offer letter.i want to exit with severence pay.how to acheive it
