Trending @Accenture; Don't get your hopes up

Honestly don't get your hopes up with hike, vp and promotion. Everytime we here that the main cycle has been shifted to next cycle and the currently cycle will have minimalist result. This is going on since may 2024 where we are told the next cycle will be the main one. Iif possible get a new job and leave
