Don't feel like working

Lately I don't feel like working and its becoming physically impossible to work. And then when I rest for sometime I am constantly worried about work. It will get delayed or smth.

I took 5 days off during Diwali. But it didn't help.

what to do? please help.

Been there. Passed through it. More family/friend time helps but it’s different for everyone. Just trust that time will make it pass

A month or so. What helped me was finding an interest off work. Something I could look forward to

Going through the same phase. I guess we can try to change our routine, socialize more, speak more to family and open up. But I guess only time can help. We can only keep trying different things and try to remain positive.
