Don't feel employees will be able to deliver with the enthusiasm they had after so much dissatisfaction from the organization.
I am B band and dont have motivation to work now in this company just passing my time here just working very slowly and take unexpected leaves . Now karma will hit back TCS because there will be lot of people who lost motivation to work in this company
They will recruit Freshers or AI Agents
AI agents will not be financially viable to completely replace humans. It’s because the cloud data centres will need so much power that it will at least take 18 years on a fastrack to meet the demands of 2027. In such scale only extremely complex things will be agent driven. If the push on agents is high then definitely there will be shortage of electricity and subsequent raise in costs.
When Ratan Tata sir was alive, because of him we were at least happy with our salary and hike on time, but he is gone now and everyone playing there own games
