Don't bring this shyt to Bangalore or south cities and ruin it
There is a reason why u r asked to get out of city. And locals don't usually say that to Telugus or Tamils or Marathis. It's predominantly aimed at a section from somewhere and a major reason is people from that somewhere are generally crap(sorry for stereotyping).

Be grateful for the local land, culture and set up. Problems exist everywhere, solve it if you can, remember that you were not born in a palace.
-
Learn the local culture, actualize it, propagate it. Massive influx of immigrants wipes out the existing culture. Onus is on you to not only protect it but spread it as well. If you don't then yes, u should get the fck out.

India is a mix of cultures. Just how Hindi is important a language so is kannada. Telugu or Tamil or everyone. Did you even know Kannada has won 8 Jnanapith awards(highest literary honour) vs Hindi's 11 despite the miniscule population of kannada infront of Hindi? Do you even know how rich kannada literature is? Do you really believe it deserves death in its own crown jewel(Bangalore?). Who do you think you are if you think this city should speak the language of people u come from but don't put an effort to speak the city's language.
Live and let live. Yes that's a 2 way street. Onus has always been on you. After more thab decade of handing you guys an olive branch, now the city has realised our open gesture is taken for granted. Well, make no mistake we will teach you the right way. Onus is still on you!

Bruh... posts like these just end up creating more hate between the 2 groups.
You should try making more inclusive posts, like- Did you know Kannada has won 8 jnanpith awards? We are celebrating kannada literature and conducting a language session. Our friends from the north are especially invited. Let's celebrate together....
If even 20 people come then after the session you suddenly have 20 people who are more tolerant of your language and would probably try to learn more.
Together we win-win

♥️ good one. This was the hallmark of our old kannada folk of bangalore. The good people. We gave more than a decade of this good heart to our northi friends. How much have they reciprocated? We got ourselves shat upon in Bangalore!
Now, the question has become how much of this goodness does this northis deserve? Do they actually deserve our city and our people?
These entitled dcks deserve people like me. Well worse than me. And they will get them. It's better to keep the good ones from them.
And the crap ones just need a reason to justify their crappiness. Write another gem of a post put a red carpet and welcome them, they will just come and shit on that as well.
The post is barely a meek reminder of the brewing peril that's awaiting them. Knowing them, they will dive right in!

I have had three renters in my life from a certain part of our country. Horrible experience, worst part is all well educated and working in big tech companies. I now prefer lesser rent but peace of mind. Education doesn't make any difference.

Your rant is as pointless as a pencil without lead. Respect is mutual, not a one-way street. Ever thought why you're unwelcome?

I am not a kannadiga but I am all in for
- Mandatory Kannada in school education.
- Sign boards in Kannada. Even the so called central Govt buildings.
- Reverting to two language policy. Face it three language policy is there only to promote one regional language as the link language and diluting the other regional languages over the years.
- Banks and central govt offices serving in local language.
If this enforcement is what is called insecure then you have never been in the receiving end. What if you make a customer call from a North state and I the rep starts talking in a south indian regional language. What if we put some ads using hindi letters, but content being a south indian regional language. What if we have all trains running wholly in north india have a couple of coaches marked in some regional language. What if you visit a railway station in north and the ticket collector serves only in one specific regional language. If thinking of this makes you restless then you would understand the issues we face.
Just because we are tolerant doesn’t mean we can be run over.

Am I missing something? The picture depicts that the person hates living in NCR and the post creator is crying why Kannada language is the best. Or is it that @CheckOut has seen so many trolls on Bangalore that he can't believe that this one was not for South? And wants to make it one? Like, what's your agenda bro? This picture should have offended the Delhi NCR people but shit has gone down some other way here😂 What is going on? Dude, I am from NCR and I don't care what he says. Why are you getting offended?

Seems like OP is threatened that bcoz of this post as it would mean more influx of "north indians" into bengaluru

Ah man, as much as i love Bangalore and it's people I hate these sort of human beings who always have something to badmouth. Seeing this from my first year of college had some good friends mostly from Kerala, Bangalore etc but there was always this section of people who had this inferiority complex from "northies". Hell they used to think northies have attitude problem and they are coming to take jobs which are deserved by localities of Karnataka.

Why would you not like it? When good kannadigas bend over and do things to make u feel at home you would like it. I mean if a Paki likes India wants to settle here because of it is it a good thing for India?.
Maybe u didn't get me. We are here to make you not like Bangalore. We had enough of your shit. Loude, behave in Bangalore or pack ur shit and get the fck out.

yeah that pretty much sums up the average Kannada IQ

Calm down. The dude in post doesn't even live in Bangalore

Absolutely, respect for local culture is paramount. Bangalore's charm lies in its diversity and Kannada heritage. Remember, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Now, how can we promote cultural exchange more effectively?

- Totally agreed. Very valid point
- I disagree. There's really no need for learning a new culture at all if one doesn't feel the need. We are part of a diverse and rich country and as long as I don't encroach on anyone's right to express their culture, it should be fine. It's no one's business but my own on what religion, culture and traditions I hold true. But yes, wherever we go, let's understand what the local culture is when it comes across in situations and respect it by giving them their space(as long as it's not breaking the law/discriminatory)
- No one is out there forcing their language onto bangalore. People here are speaking the language that's easier for them to communicate in. Why should people really put efforts if they don't see a need to?
What I truly fail to understand is why are people so insecure with their identity? Influx of people will just bring in their culture with them, it won't ruin yours as migration never happens with intention of embracing new culture, it comes with intention to peacefully coexist
