Employees who don't want to sue should at least write to the Income Tax department and the labour ministry (both central and Karnataka). What they are doing is totally illegal. There's little chance people will get their money even on September 4.

Yeah they are asking employees to have faith till September 4. Not sure what will happen if the situation doesn't improve by then.
Also, TDS not paid since Sept 22. Form 16 not shared due to this.
