I'm feeling drained and unappreciated at work. The constant pressure, lack of support, and unending demands have left me questioning my place here. It's hard to stay motivated when it feels like my efforts go unnoticed, and the company's direction doesn't align with my values anymore. I'm fed up and need to find a way forward and explore new opportunities

I don't know but my managers are clowns , for the last one year they simply asked me to learn new skills and now they asked me to take care of the team and do nothing technically. My frustration is really with my managers. Their lack of communication, unrealistic expectations, and the absence of any real support are making it hard to stay motivated. It feels like no matter how much I put in, it's never enough, and they don't seem to appreciate the effort. I'm fed up with the way they handle things, and it's starting to take a toll on me.
