Don’t know what to do.
I have a total work experience of nearly 5 years, with 2.5 years specifically in Product Management. I’m currently working at a B2B SaaS company, although the role aligns more with Project Management. The compensation here is slightly higher. However, I recently received an offer from a reputed company, which I had initially moved from about two months ago. The new offer comes with a 20% lower fixed pay and an overall 10% lower CTC.
Given that the new company has a 5-day workweek (current having 2 days hybrid model) and a 3-month notice period, I’m trying to evaluate whether it makes sense to join the new company?

Tough call! If you want true product management, the new company might be better for your career growth even with the pay cut. But I'm concerned about returning to a place you left just 2 months ago - what prompted the original move? The 5-day workweek could be a quality of life improvement, but weigh that against the longer notice period and lower pay.
