Don’t apply com-off.

I worked weekend but I was not aware that I have to apply comoff in advance only then I can use my that com-off. I worked almost 14Hrs in those 2 days for job monitoring. When I ask to apply in upcoming weekend then my lead Or manager say This ‘’ you Can’t apply now This is employees responsibly to aware about the policy process’’. But my project team is not supportive. Now what I do..???
