Collect soft copies of 1. Doctor consultation with bill/receipt, 2. Pharmacy bill, 3. Physiotherapy or Xray, pathology report or any other such report with bill(these must be mentioned in doctor consultation otherwise they don't reimburse 😔).
Then goto his link from ultimatix, u will get notification about going to 3rd party app but easier because TCS credentials will work
Then select claims tab on top, go to domiciliary option. Then select the person whom it is for, like you, spouse, parents etc, and fill in the hospital and clinic address from drop-down. Also check if your bank details are added on same page, where reimbursement will come. Then you get option to add documents. Add all scanned copies, alongwith payment made for each. Mention NA if some document has no payment associated. Like consultation report will be NA, but bill for consultation will show paid amount. So you upload both and mention amount paid, and keep adding all documents like this. Once done, you click submit, then single claim number is generated for entire treatment of one medical issue. Claim number and acknowledgement will be sent to you via mail. If approved then you might receive money in 2 weeks.

OOOOR get the prescription from a local doctor with valid Registration number. Then order medicines directly from medibuddy app by uploading this prescription. This will save you the hassle of getting approvals and save time as well. Also, this will directly deduct from your wallet balance so you don't have to worry about reimbursement.
