DOMAIN SWITCH is that a good idea??

Hi All Am a full stack java developer with 3 yr of exp am doing pretty good at my job Not outstanding but also not poor I mange to complete the assigned task Basically I work on L3 support and enhancement

Am not a coding guy I tried to go with java Dsa lot of time but get stucked at Arrays Linkelist and can't move further that where I get stuck. My nature is more like talkative want to work in some domain where we have to deal with ppl consulting clients and all rather than Core development

I was thinking of switching from java developer to any technology consulting(Do not have any idea how to proceeed) Can I do switch to tye consulting firm where I Have to be more practically involved than the core development

Also what salary I can expect If i do switch to technical consultant
