Domain switch from non IT

I am having 4 years of experience in technical support handling US and UK customers. I have worked in 3 different mncs and now in tcs. I don’t know any programming or coding. I do not have those kind of skills. Now i would like to move to IT domain. Can u pls tell me which domain should i go and how to start from scratch and which is the domain that does not require any coding or programming.
