Domain switch advice from Operation to Finance

Domain switch advice I need advice from you, right now i am in 5B P&C insurance but doing MBA finance with 4.7 LPA. I want to switch my career into finance but not getting any jobs who take me as an experienced obviously, they are hiring for AP, AR these roles and i want to go At least for R2R or any core finance role. So i am confused whether i should switch and take a growth in P&C in another company or take any entry level finance job with decent hike? My age - 24 yr 3 @ Comment
