Domain Change from SAP BASIS OPERATIONS

I’m currently in SAP Basis Operations and doing boring repetitive work almost everyday and I’m fed up with this domain where there is nothing new and no growth and I’m stuck in this for 4 years.

I want to change my domain, so can you help me what technologies I can learn for my experience and perform in interview and make a switch with good package? Thanks in advance and open for suggestions!
