Doing Wings1 for Innovator path. I have a question

I have finished all courses in Unit Electives and Process in ievolve, however it's not reflecting on my ievolve dashboard. Do I have to take external course, then only it will be reflected on dashboard?

Also I am not able to access the wings1 May cycle registration link. Is it because I didn't finish the courses in ievolve?

Please help me understand.
