Doing interview prep in TCS office.

When there is no work to do in office, I start doing interview prep either by solving algorithmic problems on platforms or by reading articles/books. When I do this people around me in ODC stare at me and talk behind my back. These are the people I don't even know but still it kinda affect me and I stop solving coding problems.

I do all this on my TCS laptop/Client VDI. Am I doing anything wrong here or something I should take care of ?
