Doing internship in SAP Labs

I have started my internship in SAP Labs 2 mos ago. I got role in software engineer (Backend - Java Spring). As I have totally done my projects on different domains and interview on my resume, still I am adapted to the work and doing well. But I am getting doubt on salary and conversion. How would they do based on which criterias?
