Doing diploma from IIIT Bengaluru

How good is to study diploma in AI/ML from IIIT Bengaluru followed by a masters. Just enrolled, it's a 12 month course. What is the salary that I can expect from minimum to maximum. I already have 4 years of experience in Full stack development.
