Two option that you don't have here is
(1) to train them to not have separation anxiety and have enough toys to play with. Assuming you feed twice a day the dog is covered to be at home at ease without you.
(2) wfh 2-3 days a week

Even if you WFH 2-3 days what happens on days you aren’t there? Who takes care?
As far as I understand, Option 1 is a strategy to manage how the dog stays alone.
