Does your RTO affect yearly bonus ??

I guess this is introduced for employees joined 4 years before. Employees who complete every year get this as bonus(which again is part of CTC). I saw in a mail sent by HR’s that RTO affects variable pay and apparently yearly bonus which I think is this retention bonus. Thoughts comrades ??
