Does your company sponsor employees for B school programs

I have not heard a lot about tech companies sponsoring MBAs for their employees in India, though it seems to be slightly more common Stateside.

I am mainly interested in learning about the sponsorship policies in your company or startup for postgrad programs, is there a difference between how this works for Software engineers compared to those in business/product roles?

Note: While an mba is not essential for moving up the ladder in tech as much as in other industries, it could still be quite helpful for those looking to move into strategy or management roles within the firm
