I actually worked for a company in the past where if you swipe your card after 9:30, then your attendance was marked as "half day"😅😅😅😅

Had this rule in my first job in Mumbai. Traffic was a given & no matter how hard, it is difficult to be punctual when commute times are 1.5hr.

To each his own, If you are not comfortable with this, you shud look for a new job. Not worth the stress
