They don't want to provide anything just want everyone to show up at office

basically wipro provide one way cab to employees whose shift starts from 2.30 pm ist or later , it require shift roaster tagged under your timesheet and approval from your manager

For my project Wipro provides cab But only Early morning and late night

I guess its different to locations, for Pune location, the transport facility is available from 7:30PM to 7AM, shift should be mapped in mytime to avail the transport,
