Trending @Wipro; Does Wipro provide buyout option or anything for a early release?

I have some personal financial problems. I am not able to focus on prolong hours at work. I have been trying to focus for the last 6 months. But nothing changed and even it is getting much worse. My parents are dependent on me also.

I would like to reduce the Notice Period as max as possible. Please help me here.
