As per wipro policy employee should stay more than 5 years, then they are eligible for gratuity. Now the new law has enforced from today. So new law consider for only who are joining to company now or it will eligible for everyone who already working in same company??

Now companies can fire contract employees or renew their contract before 12 months thus saving on the gratuity.

Now the companyiea will go with an 11 month contract instead of 12 months and avoid this rule.
