Does Wings 2 really helps to get hike?
I heard managers saying that, By completing Wings2 we can get 50% hike. When we complete PP1 we can expect 30% hike in salary.
Is it truth or it is just a lolipop?
Depends on your current salary, experience, role level selected in Wings2, and actually completing and clearing the power plays.
Coming to increments, let's say after completing all 4 pps your increment is supposed to be X lpa, then after completing pp1, you'll get 40% of X. 15% each for PP2 and Pp3 and 30% for pp4.
After pp1 there will be some technical interview rt with panel ? Will it be tough or how ?

After completing PP1 you can get 3-9k monthly increase in your salary as per your current package
