Trending @Infosys; Does WFH pre approval request gets auto approved?
My client has given me WFH to continue and I have forwarded the same approval mail to my infy manager and HR requesting for WFH pre approval for remaining days but still they are not approving it. Will it gets auto approved after some days or manager must approve it??

Nope it’s wrong. If it’s a client mandate it won’t be your immediate client manager who drives this policy it will be by the higher ups in vendor management team. He cannot overrule them. Anyways it’s your organisation policy as well so any exception should be granted by yiur organisation. Client has no role in it.
As we are doing late night shifts from 3pm-12am we have asked and client approved. So not sure of general timings
pre approval has to be explicitly approved else it will be auto rejected
