Does WebCam Required In Remote Interviewz

Gm guys my self Sakib Jafri i'm currently building some projects and will start applying for internships in a month in MERN stack (my previous backend was with Java Springboot but to get in market easily i switched stack)

So is webcam really important for remote interviews or is it allowed to do with mobile phone ?????
