Does to spend 9 hours in the office compulsory? Is TCS tracking 2Office data ? Is there any office policy?

This is a Million dollar question, nobody knows except Milind Lakkad 😆, to my opinion it varies from project to project and manager as well. TCS cannot make such a strict rule considering their presence in areas where most of the people sitting at client premises.
