Does the Wings 2 program help to increase my Salary.

Does ievolve say pass with distinction? With distinction is important.

If you gave interview in last qtr and status got updated a few days back, you should get letter soon. Also you can start with pp4 deployment.

For each PP they have split the total rewards amount with some percentages and you keep getting rewards as you progress. Details on same can be found in SOPs. I think 40,15,15,30% is the split for P1,2,3,4 respectively.
