Does the SOC analyst job become interesting with higher positions or will it become same mundane job of monitoring alerts?

There is no soc analyst job at higher positions. Or with higher experience.

One must focus on core areas like: cryptography, malware analysis, incident response, forensics and evergreen soc manager roles.
