Does the RTO index impact promotion?
My rto index was 33% last quarter and they deducted my QVA. Now I'm afraid that they'll lay hands on my upcoming 2nd year completion compensation letter with designation change to C1. By the end of this month my RTO will be nearly 70. Will i be having any problems with my compensation.

It does impact 2 year promotion as well , as this is happening with me . Got an email regarding the same as well !

Is there a way to reverse it, like maintaining rto in the next quarter??

Yeah , you need to be compliant this quarter otherwise you’re in big trouble ! :-)

Try compensating by swiping on weekends as well. This will improve your Rto index.
