Does the market still offer WFH jobs?
I'm a new mother. I received RTO exception for 6 months. That is going to end soon. My baby is still 10MO. I want to wfh at least for 1 more year. Not sure tcs allows or not. I am looking out for opportunities but everywhere minimum 2 days of work from office is mandatory. Is any company offering permanent wfh? Or 2,3 days per month. I'm going through mom guilt and emotional phase. Please let me know how is the market? Does tcs push me to come to office post 6 months?
Yes, there few organisations which are offering WFH opportunities.
But under the child care policy, you can applied. But you need to check with the HR regarding this.
Also you can raise exception with this. So they can allow you to do work from home.
Hai you can do work from home ,you will get your basic salary only quarterly bonus u won't get that's it
