
Does TCS uses surveillance software to track employees ?
Is this the true?

I would want to know the thought behind this question. Like track employees for what? Attendance (Swipe-in/out), Office/ODC presence, criminal activities or something else?

Laptop activities - how much you were available on teams ,etc , how many times you took break or was offline etc

All rules become applicable to all who implement the rule. QVA is the only way they can say excuse. Indirectly TCS telling employees that company is not performing well so employees can look for other options. I believe company having high values and putting employee first will not reduce so much for QVA. There is very less transparency for every day to day changing management and HR decisions.
If TCS is smart enough to use some software monitoring, why would they have introduced WFO, timesheets, and RTO? They could have made this integrated and would have used it to cut our salaries even more, but TCS corporate, or so-called corporate, is stupid enough to cut your money through QV only.

If they have that much tech, they can implement face id for id card 😂 swipe at entrance
