Some people I know got the offer when they had already joined another organisation and had been working there for one-two months.

Well, I had my techincal and Hr round for CTS on 14th dec ,2024 and it was a walk in drive. After that I got two congratulations mail and also one call from HR team congratulating me and mentioning that the offer will be rolled out soon....
