
Does TCS retain with 200% hike after putting down a resignation ?

Guys let me tell you , the associate is reporting to me and I have processed her case but didn’t give any assurance to her, but my delivery partner said he has considered it for retaining with full confidence.

How about if the associate is from C1/C2 grade and asking for 200% hike? I heard they are giving but didn’t understand how it’s possible in TCS

Even with low salary they are not going more than 50% I asked for 11lpa as a 6 year experienced developer. They are not accepting. Even though replacing me is having some challenges to them
