They are doing also n not doing also. They try formally by giving you some false hopes like onsite since headcount is going less but releasing you by not increasing compensation.

Yes they try informally. I also fell in a trap and revoked and later they never talked about their promise.
When I asked they said we never said it's 100%
We tried but not getting from upper management so we can't do anything.

Then I started acting dumb and not doing anything so that atleast get release. Finally I got it with "C" 😅. But it's worth.
