After Ratan Tata , it’s going different way. They are not considered employees. They couldn’t handle this much count. As a people we need to think and advise not to join here. If already joined people, never gonna join. As per me, they have one good policy. Tcs employee can’t rejoin in tcs. I understood now why they have policy. People never consider tcs . Still am working but tcs make me to realise why i choose this IT industry and why I choose tcs. I decided not to choose this IT industry for next generation. Tcs using us with low cost people. Treating us like before 1947 scenario. You can’t talk anything, you won’t get your salary full . If you talk anything, they will put D band. This the way going here.
