Does TCS provide Virtual Joining and WFH

Hi Vines,

Can you please help me with this information. I am in my home town and unfortunately I can't go to Pune tcs officevto join. So is it possible to do Virtual Joining and on what circumstances. Secondly Can WFH is possible if I talk to HR or manager.
