Does tcs provide any paternity leave?

Yes. Upto 6 months till child turns 1 year of age. Clear mention in the flexible work policy on hr hub, so that cannot be challenged. I took for 3 months when my kid was 9 months old. Provided birth certificate and done.

Okay, You can get 1 week of Paternity leave but you will have to use your CL, EL or FL

One thing many wouldn't know, If your Project approves you can get 6 months of WFH. It's in the policy and not many people are aware of I have used it so I know but final call will depend on your Manager btw

Also check with your manager and you can take WFO Exception for Paternal Childcare for upto 6 months (valid from 0 till your child turns 1 yr old)
