Trending @Accenture; Does TCS Hire Employees who have Degree From Distance/Open University

Hi, I got call from TCS many times regarding Interview, after all the discussions when they comes to Degree and Education (as I have done my degree from distance/Open university) they always say like one must have full time degree (atleast 15 year, I completed my bachelor and master from open University), is anyone faced the same or experience with this , which other companies do not hire candidate from Distance/open University , is there any way to resolve this .
