Does tcs have policy for any cooldown period after withdrawal of resignation.

Hi, If you have any such experience, then would love to hear. if I resign again within 1-2 months of withdrawal. Can I challenge their cooldown period as it's not mentioned anywhere nor was I told by HR about any such thing either in mail or verbally.
