Does tcs have policy for any cooldown period after withdrawal of resignation.
Hi, If you have any such experience, then would love to hear. if I resign again within 1-2 months of withdrawal. Can I challenge their cooldown period as it's not mentioned anywhere nor was I told by HR about any such thing either in mail or verbally.

If they retain u by increasing the package then the cooling period of 6months will applicable If u revoke by ur own interest then u can drop the resignation again whenever u want

Well it was retention. But there wasn't any communication which said you can't resign in certain period.
