Does TCS have option of notice period buy out?
Hey guys,
Ex - TCSers who used buy out option - need your assist here.
Trying to know if TCS has any policy to decrease our Notice period from 90 days to 30 days if we ask for buy out?

Yes BuyOut is feasible in tcs. You need to check with your hr after putting paper. Else if you are on the bench then they can release with in 30 days.

Even I am stuck in a similar situation.. I got an offer to join in 60 days and our NP is 90. Although I have put papers, but not sure if they will release me or not.
