Does TCS allow you to reduce the notice period ?

I have been working in TCS for 2.8 years and now I want to switch, but most for the companies are looking for joiners who have a notice period of 30 days and nobody is willing to wait for 3 months. Is there any chance that TCS will allow reduction of notice period?

Yes. One option. Get into.job trials. Take release once your job is confirmed. During bench you will be relieved from the company within 45 or less days if the project or company no longer needs you. 3 months notice is only when in project. Company cares only about the revenue generated by you. They won't pay you for 3 months if you resign once you get released from the project as that becomes expense for the company.
