Does T factor change if I complete a few courses even after submitting self evaluation on SPEED?
I had to submit my self evaluation as I was pressurised by my supervisor. I have completed all the goals assigned except my T factor. If I complete a few courses by end of this week, will my T factor get updated despite submitting my self evaluation report? Want to get the max hike as possible. I have all the chances and I don’t want T factor to be the reason to stop me from getting the hike.
If your manager wants to give you A band, he will give you A band even if your factor is less.
If he doesnt want to give you A band, he wont give you A band even if you have a 5 6 tfactor score.
I have no control on what the manager does. All I can do is make sure I complete all the assigned goals. I’ve completed all goals except this. Don’t want this to be a reason for them to deny band A or band A+ coz of T factor

But. if you want to learn something and eventually, it increases your T- Factor, go ahead.
