10moTrending @Capgemini; Does salary Vs amount of work matter?
I am a fresher, its been 5 months in the project and i am asked to work the same amount of work what my seniors of 3-4work ex do. Even if some complex problem comes, I am expected too solve on my own, its so frustrating, no one even cares, you ask for help at 11am , they might reply you at 2pm and give some basic advice, no one would actually like to help? If you cant pay me more, why expecting so much work??

This is how it works, if you are lucky you might get good seniors who support but you have to learn on your own. Consider it like this, if you are given responsibility that means you are being trusted to deliver...learn as much as you can....
