Does Rippling MDM track activity?

My company has asked me to install Rippling MDM temporarily on my macbook till they ship me a new MacBook.

I wanted to know a couple of things:-

1. Does Rippling MDM track and monitor activity? If yes, how much can they track?

2. I am catering a separate user profile on my Mac for work and installing Rippling MDM there, will Rippling MDM get data from other users as well?

3. When I uninstall Rippling MDM will it erase my entire system or just the user it's installed in?

Please help me out.
